We used the ibis Birmingham New Street for our event at the weekend. Raju and the team couldn't have done more for us. The catering was exactly what we asked for and the venue and communal areas were kept very well presented. Thanks to all the event, front and back of house teams.

Hotel I would recommend for short trips

Good hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast options are okay, served by the friendly Radu. I would recommend for short stays, rooms are a bit outdated but the bed and shower are good. Hotel lobby is cosy on the other hand. Hotel is located near China town, very nice place.

I stayed here for three nights in April. The room was large with a large double bed and it was clean. There was a large digital TV in the room. The hotel is well located, about a five minute walk from the train station, & there is a decent buffer breakfast available.

Really good value stay

For the price, this was an excellent experience. We were served by friendly helpful staff, from Ed at reception to Radu at breakfast. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and the coffee was strong. And only 10 minutes from New Street. What more could we want?
